While on the mall with my relatives I heard a friend who’s taking about calcul emprunt immobilier, and then on my mind it flashed a mobile car. I thought that immobilier is a mobile, and I embarrassed myself for not knowing that calcul emprunt immobilier is a French language which means calculation state loan. I also heard some different words like assurance deces, afer, voiture, devoir, amour and etcetera.

And actually I don’t understand them. While I am walking, I found deliberate that I am lack in knowledge about different languages, and if you will think of it, it was just easy to understand it as long as you have the sense.  And to finish this staggering incident, I will try to learn by reading some books and speaking the language at it is, for I could have the knowledge about it and for not to embarrass myself again also.

I am a person who is new in the field of insurances. I have been in with this thing as I start working in an insurance company. There are times that I have been out of place with my workmates as they talk with the things in our job and then I didn’t know what they are talking about as I am not that too familiar with the terminologies in insurance.

I remember one day my workmates talks about the car insurance coverage recommendations, then I try listen to them then I gradually learn the terminologies that they use and then they say that I look professional as I use the terminologies I’ve learned from them.

The manager of our company once asks me to go with her and talk with a costumer that still not decided if he will avail our services. Then I use the terminology that my workmates uses then after we talk to the customer he had decided that he will avail it, and then my manager also complimented me for what I have done. She tells me that I’ve made a good job.
